The Fletchers' Mill Tart Tamper offers both large and small tamper ends for flexible use in your kitchen. Crafted in Maine, from solid, premium New England Hardwoods, tamper features both a small end that measures 1.25 Inch in diameter and a large end that measures 1.625 Inch in diameter. To use, simply place the dough in your tart tin, dust the end of your tart tamper with flour and press the dough with the tamper to form the perfect tart shell.
