The OTC 12-ton jack stands have formed and welded steel base for strength and the durable baked enamel finish resists corrosion. The self-locking ratchet handle cannot be released under load. These stands conform to ANSI PALD load rating standard and are factory tested before shipment. The base is 12-1/8" x 10-7/8" with a height range of 17-1/2" to 27-1/2".
