Simpsons Luxury Shaving Creams are worthy of this traditional English company which has been around since 1919. The cream is thicker than most, it lathers up on the face superbly creating a rich, bubble free, emulsion like lather. For best results apply on the face using a slightly wet shaving brush. Only a small amount of shaving cream is needed per shave, Simpson's claim this 125 mls tin will last 8 weeks, we agree. Simpsons Sandalwood Luxury Shaving Cream is scented with pure essential oils and herb extracts, expect a light, woody scent of traditional sandalwood and not the artificial chemically enhanced sandalwood scent some manufacturers make. Paraben free. Simpsons Say: Only the smallest amount of cream is needed with the generous addition of water to produce a rich, creamy, silky smooth & extremely decadent lather resulting in a remarkably close shave. We Say: This is a very worthwhile addition to the Simpson product range, the cream does indeed do what Simpsons claim, it lathers up extremely easily and provides very good lubrication for the razor blade. We like this cream very much indeed and we also like the modern aluminium tin it comes in. The sandalwood scent is light and traditional not synthetic.
