Product Review
Originating in the warmth of South Africa and India, gloriosa lilies bear a name that means "full of glory", appropriate for such showy exotics. These tender perennials form sizeable clumps when happy and will scramble 4 to 6 feet in a season. Vines are light weight, so are fine with slender supports. Easy to grow and excellent for summer decks, and inside in sunrooms and greenhouses where there is sufficient room for vining plants. Other names: Glory Lily, Gloriosa superba Rothschildiana
- COLORFUL: The blossoms come in brilliant combinations of dark red, bright pink, orange, yellow, and striped pink.
- WONDERFUL CUT FLOWERS: The lily-like blooms are prized by florists for their extended life when used in cut arrangements.
- SMALL SPACES: Despite reaching up to 6' tall, these beauties require very little room to grow as they send out tendrils to attach and climb.
- VERSATILE: These lightweight vines are excellent choices for growing in large containers or for weaving through an open fence.
- AUTHENTIC: A thoughtful product of Easy to Grow, an American company.
