The clutch pin mandrel is installed inside of the clutch shaft. It is held in place by a ferrule and pintle. A near complete disassemble of the gas bike engine may be required to replace this part given its location in the center of the clutch.

Part Number (See Parts Manual): Clutch-18

  • The Clutch Pin Mandrel sits within the clutch shaft of most 2-stroke 48cc or 66/80cc motorized bike engines to help move the clutch plate to engage and disengage the motor
  • Installation will require the complete disassembly of the motor to open the case. Take the pin holding the clutch pin out of the shaft, then replace with the new pin mandrel. Reinstall the entire clutch shaft assembly and the motor, and you're ready to ride
