The Cool Down Personal Body Water Mister provides an amazing cooling mist wherever and whenever you need it. With a few easy pumps and the push of a button, you will instantly be cooled by an ultra fine mist. Directions: 1. Fill with water by unscrewing camp and fill with water "fill line". 2.
