In part-2 of Cold Energy, Alex is trying to recover an alien artifact from the crater of a dormant volcano when things go horribly wrong. The device is stolen and taken to COBRA, a secret research facility south of Yellowstone National Park. His good friend is kidnapped and forced to assist with the experiments, but their tests are creating adverse effects throughout the park and threaten to cause a super volcanic eruption.
Since the murder of his wife, Alex had refused to get into another relationship until he meets a Native American woman, who along with her little girl, captures his heart, but unless he can successfully alter the past, they will both die in his arms.
Alex must fight treachery, betrayal, and his own emotions to save his loved ones and civilization from a horrific death. A thrill ride from start to finish.
