High quality of illumination
GU10 bulb produce a similar quality of illumination to the equivalent halogens, meaning there is no need to sacrifice brightness when upgrading.

Save Energy
A key advantage of GU10 LEDs over halogen bulbs is that they use significantly less electricity. SUNTHIN GU10 remain cool to touch, even after giving off light for many hours. Almost all the energy used by a GU10 LED bulb goes towards generating a light source, rather than heat.

Dimmability
1) Dimmable gu10 has smaller amount of dimming rage (Typically 70-90% range vs. 100% with incandescent)
2) Dimmable gu10 bulb may not shut off at lowest dim setting: this is caused by the dimmer thinking the bulb is completely off due to the low amount of wattage an LED consumes.
3) On dimming systems based on X10 or Power Line Carrier (PLC) control technology, GU10 led Dimmable may flicker when modules are communicating due to the small fluctuations in power on the line.
4) Current dimmable led lighting do not shift color when dimmed, in other words 6w gu10 led will not offer a soft fiery glow when dimmed like an incandescent.
