XING YI QUAN presents this classical Chinese martial art as pure NEI GONG or "inner work". The core movements and principles that will enable you to generate the distinct charges of Obvious Energy and Concealed Energy are presented in detail. If you have ANY doubt whatsoever about whether this is a good buy for you, LISTEN to your doubts and DO NOT BUY IT. Please save your time and money and spare me the damage of the inevitable ensuing 1-star review. I'm sure you agree it would be stupid to proceed despite this warning, waste your time and money, then slam the product with a 1-star review whining the usual: "HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.
