First I would like to tell you a little about myself, I began having experiences with my spirit guide when I was only seven years old, I encountered many spirits along the way in my life, being told I was crazy or hallucinating I started to believe that I really was losing my mind at a very young age. At the age of 14 I began to discuss what had happened to me with my family more openly, mainly to my mother. She began telling me of her many experiences in life which lead me to speak to my grandmother. I found out I was not alone but all of the women in my family had in fact had such experiences. They had all been too scared to discuss them until I brought it to light. Now I spend my time helping others bring such experiences to light and helping them understand they are not alone. Besides being a mother of 7, a wife, and a writer, I help those who have been plagued by spirits throughout their lives. I also help people connect with their guides by interpreting dreams and visions. It is my hope that with this book I will be able to reach more people and help those who are open to understand there is more out there than just us.

This is a very spiritual world that we live in, and we are surrounded by different types of spirits every day. When we open up and see this world for what it really is we open up a vast amount of possibilities in our lives. Seeking help from a spirit guide is just one of the many ways we can use spirits to help us in our daily lives, allowing them to guide us through our decision process, and to point us in the right direction. In doing so we can have a successful life if we are careful which spirits we allow into our lives.
