This dress is classy 50's style. Vintage polka dots design, suitable for theme parties and daily life.

Does it need a petticoat to get the full skirt look?
Not necessarily, the dress is a little puffy. But if you want to make it as poofy as in the picture, i do recommend getting a petticoat to wear underneath. It will make you extremely flattering.

Does the dress has elastic waist?
Nope, but the elastic in the back for easy sizing for busty girls. If you have a pear shaped body or wider hips, the skirt will hide all of it and make your waist look smaller! I definitely recommend this dress.

What is the length of the dress? Dose it fit for someone 5'6" or 5'7"?
According to our customers' experience, the dress falls just below your knee if you are 5'6" or 5'7". If you are short, the dress will be a little longer, but not too much.
