Fury Records was founded by Bobby Robinson, who Variety magazine saluted in their obituary as the independent label entrepreneur whose career spanned the worlds of Fifties R&B and first-generation rap. He was certainly a man who made things happen, with the likes of Wilbert Harrison, Gladys Knight and the Kodaks, this 2 disc compilation from the Fury vaults is a fitting testament to him. CD 1 1.
