This is a genuine NuTone replacement motor for the heat portion of models: 9012, 9013, 9093, 9113, 9605, 9960, 9665, H965. This motor assembly includes: motor, blade and bracket. However, this will NOT replace the exhaust fan motor. Motor specifications: 0.9-Amps, 120-Volt, 60HZ. Metal Blower wheel included.
