Sizing
12 inch: Keeps your dog very close, great for the beginning phases of training. Not recommended for harnesses that clip at the chest.
18 inch: Gives your dog a bit of leeway, but not much distance. Great for dogs that use a harness that connects in the front on the dog's chest.
