The 13" inch foldable twist rain hat has a brim diameter size of 13 inches. The brim covers head and neck in light downward drizzles, leaving the hands free to do other things instead of holding an umbrella over ones head. When not needed, simply air dry and twist and fold the hat into a small convenient 6 inch diameter disk.
