This Everflow Supplies Swing Check Valve keeps fluids from backing up into the water supply and prevents backflow from wells and boiler systems. This check valve is lead free and suitable for all potable water supply installations. It is constructed of brass for strength and durability. This swing check valve for establishing a one-way flow in supply lines, with a pressure of 200 PSI WOG and 125 PSI SWP. In particular, it has a lead free cast brass construction with an inlet and outlet with female threaded connects for use with 1/2 inch IPS diameter pipes. This series features metal-to-metal seal, either threaded NPT or solder end connections and a Lead Free brass body. Models LFWCV, and LFWCVS are available in sizes 1/2 to 1 in. (15 to 25mm). Series LFWCV, LFWCVS has metal-to-metal seating and provides low pressure drop and automatic closure when fluid flow is stopped. Furthermore, UPC approved the fitting for meeting the NSF 61-G lead free standards.
