Fill majority of your tire with the high volume setting and then top the tire off by switching to high pressure with a simple twist of the pump head. The 8" oversized barrel moves a lot of air in high volume mode to make filling quickly. The auto fit head works with both Presto and Schrader valves without conversion. Also comes with a ball needle and inflation cone in the handle.
