N'Ice caps TM girls double layered wrap around hat and mitten with snowflake embroidery. Elastic in back of hat, elastic on wrist of mitten. Great cold weather set. Colors: fuchsia/pink, lt purple/dark purple. Sizes: one size fits 12-18 months, one size fits 18-36 months (label says 'Toddler') one size fits 3-5 years (label says 'Child'). For size 12-18 months, the mittens do not have thumbs. For sizes 18-36 months and 3-5 years, the mittens have thumbs. Tested and approved as per CPSIA standards.
