Beginning with the early days of He Zhaoyuan’s training onto his employment in the Capital as a bodyguard, Cloud Hands details the interactions of the famous masters of the day, from the well known Chen Family and Yang Luchan to the mysterious method of Zhaobao Taijiquan, said to be the original form of this treasured art, a style only recently being taught in the world at large.

Fighting scenes reminiscent of old Kung Fu movies share the story with accurate descriptions of Traditional healing methods, court intrigue and the mysterious Mountain Men of the Wudang Temple.
