Note:
1. OTB (One Touch Backup) function isn't applicable for Mac OS, only be used on USB connection under Windows system.
2. When connecting to a 3.5-inch HDD/SDD, please power the product with the provided AC adapter to ensure the stable operation.
3. If the PC shows USB Device Not Recognized, please try with another computer or USB device. Unplug&plug the USB cable or restart the PC.
4. If the hard drive does not show up under Windows Explorer, go to Disk Management, right-click the Disk chose Change Derive Letter and Paths, then change or add a drive letter for the disk.
