This rearview mirror cover is made with automotive grade ABS plastic which is very flexible to ensure the correct fitting and easier installation.

There is no cutting or drilling required. Simply put it over, peel and stick it onto the original MINI Cooper's rear view mirror.

Special Note: This rearview mirror cover is only for the standard mirror only, not compatible with the rearview mirror with auto dimming or garage door opener version.

If you have a large knob on the bottom of your rear view mirror you have the NON Auto Dimming mirror. If it is smooth on the bottom you have the AUTO dimming feature.

Does NOT fit any rear view mirror with the Garage Door Opener function buttons UNLESS you do a little tweaking: The mirror cover is the same shape for the rear view mirror cover WITH the garage door opener feature but the 3 buttons get in the way, however the cover is so thin it can be trimmed with some scissors to make room for the 3 buttons...(this will avoid the warranty if you decide to do so)
