Water will start neutralizing the effect so test your mix and application window. *Chemical Treatments react with tannins normally found in Oak, Ash and some other species. The effect is entirely dependent on the tannin content of each individual piece of wood and is therefore highly variable. Rubio Monocoat Oil Finish (or other finish) must be applied over these treatments as they are not finishes and will not protect the wood. Pre-Color Easy pre-colors can be blended together into any color combination and can be diluted with water to achieve the desired effect. Pre-Color Easy and Chemical Effects can be used for hand, site and industrial application.
