Instructions: Unroll the Dr. Cool Ice Therapy Wrap. Wet the light blue area and let excess water drip off. Roll or fold the wrap back up and place in freezer for at least 45 minutes if rolled, or 20 minutes if folded. Wrap will be frosty but still pliable.
