The Everflow bushing is a brass pipe fitting with a hexagonal head and 1-1/4 Inch male National Piper Taper (NPT) threads on one end and 1 Inch female NPT threads on the other for connecting different types of pipe. It has NPT threading for creating tighter seals than straight threads and is made from brass with a class 125, which is more economical and offers greater corrosion resistance than steel. It has a hexagonal head for leverage and use with a wrench. Bushings are pipe fittings used to connect pipes of two different sizes. They have male threads on the outside and female threads on the inside. This fitting are certified to meet NSF/ANSI 61-8 Standard for quality assurance. They have thicker walls to handle higher pressures. Use in air, water, oil, natural gas, and steam applications.
