This Canada Cup 1984 set contains a number of Team Canada's round robin games, the exciting semi-final against the USSR, and the 2-game final against Sweden. The tournament's most valuable player was Canada's John Tonelli who, along with Wayne Gretzky and Paul Coffey, was named to the 1984 All-Star Team. Canada's roster also featured Mark Messier, Raymond Bourque, Steve Yzerman, Glenn Anderson, Brian Bellows, Mike Bossy, Bob Bourne, Mike Gartner, Michel Goulet, Randy Gregg, Charlie Huddy, Kevin Lowe, Rick Middleton, Larry Robinson, Peter Stastny, Brent Sutter and Doug Wilson.
