Q: Why is my jar not full?
A: Heart Plus Powder is a difficult product to manufacture. Multiple large desiccant packs are critical to the stability of the powder. The slightest bit of moisture causes the Vitamin C to react with the amino acids and quickly degrade the powder. That is why we state to use within 40 days after opening and refrigeration recommended. That size of jar was chosen as the next size down will not accommodate the necessary desiccant packs.
