Precision Steel Rubber Sealed Ball Bearings
The bearing's races, cages, and balls are made from Precision Chrome Steel, and come packed with a high quality grease.

The Rubber Seals protect well against exposure to dust, dirt, and moisture, which can destroy bearings. These bearings offer maximum protection at the cost of a bit of resistance (which is largely reduced after the bearings are broken in).
