Micro-PA contains a highly specialized form of phosphatidic acid (PA) that powerfully activates and amplifies protein synthesis in muscle. Weight training produces muscle growth by releasing phosphatidic acid (PA), which activates the enzyme required for muscle protein synthesis. Subjects taking a PA supplement achieved 50% greater increase in muscle size and lean-body mass, 40% greater increase in upper and lower-body strength, and 60% greater loss in body fat than the training-only group (Wilson et al 2014). These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
