Troubleshooting : The Bowers & Wilkins C5 series 2 is specifically designed for an iOS device but is compatible with Android phones just with the disadvantage the 3 button remote will not be of much use for Android. We recommend to use it with only iOS as you can enjoy the 3 button remote feature better and the Series 2 comes with 3 pairs of eartips to give a comfortable and secured fit.
