The number 3 Wheat Germ Oil capsules consist of 73 percent wheat germ oil, an excellent source of the Vitamin E (alpha-tocopherol) complex and 27 percent flaxseed oil concentrate, a rich source of valuable, essential, unsaturated fatty acids: linoleic and linolenic Omega-6 and Omega-3. The wheat germ oil is extracted by the flash-heat, cold-pressed method to first soften the germ so the cold roll can extract it. Light, oxygen and high temperatures destroy fatty acids very rapidly.
