This precut kinesiology tape application is designed to relieve pain and inflammation in the feet. It can be applied to the top or bottom of the feet, providing relief for conditions such as plantar fasciitis, arthritis or tendinitis. The elasticity of the tape allows it to provide support and pain relief without restricting range of motion. This allows those with foot injuries to continue their activities and/or participate in rehabilitation exercises as they heal.
