These are gold plated right-angle headers with 40x3 pins. They are break away and will take a bit of effort to break this beast where you need it to break. That being said, if you need a big header like this, it's easy enough to break it where you need. The pins are spaced at 0.1" and there are 3 rows of 40 pins.
