Step 1: Remove the back cover of the Note 4.
Step 2: Remove the double sided tape from the N4 SlimPWRcard.
Step 3: Attach the N4 SlimPWRcard to the back of the battery firmly, ensuring the contact pins are properly connected to the bottom 2 connectors on the phone.
Step 4: Reattach the back cover of the Note 4.
Step 5: Place the Note 4 on top of Qi wireless charging transmitter.
