Our Waterproof pens can be removed from non-porous surfaces with an ammonia based cleaner like Windex.To use the markers, hold the pen upright and shake for over 10 seconds with the cap on. Next, remove the cap and press tip on the Simply Remarkable label, tag, etc. until ink comes through the pen tip - this may take several seconds. Continue writing the fun and creative label design of your choice.
