Made from 100% cotton paper, double primed and coated with an aluminum oxide specifically created for Handbook Paper Co. to product the perfect surface for pastel painting. A final seal coat is applied to make the surface extremely durable. Pastel Premier is preferred not only by pastel painters, but is used with oils, acrylics and other dry media. Available in 5 colors and fine and medium grit.
