Beware of cheap casein proteins being "passed off" as micellar casein. For example, calcium caseinate is NOT micellar casein. To get MICELLAR casein results, use only MICELLAR casein, not plain casein or caseinates. You fight hard in the gym to get results — do not waste all THAT work by skimping on your nutrition.
