While almost everyone familiar with his work ranks Prince as a brilliant musician, a dynamic performer and a sublime songwriter, he is rarely given much credit as an inspirational speaker. But evidence to the contrary is contained on this remarkable DVD which contains seven lengthy filmed interviews with the man himself, given at various junctures during his incredible career, and during which he shows himself to be a hugely intelligent, remarkably eloquent, well informed and, crucially, a most humane and compassionate individual. This compilation finally collects the very best Prince interviews which, all at once, are enthralling, educational, and downright entertaining.
