They are cut from 26-gauge stainless steel with a 3M adhesive backing pre-applied. The 3M backing makes an easy to apply peel and stick application process. The toughest part is aligning it correctly.Pillar Post Trim can often be produced on the Punch Press which provides a nice beveling effect for the straight edges. Contoured edges are cut on the industrial CO2 Laser that creates the typical 90 degree cut-edge. All of QAAs stainless steel is polished to a mirror shine giving it a chrome' look.
