The bags are measured pre-sewn. There may be a variance of up to 1/8 to 1/4 inch due sizing / natural shrinkage. Please allow a little extra room for cinching and expansion. Reusable hint: wash separately or strings will tangle. If used for treat bags best if treats pre-wrapped. These are perfect for home crafters and will give your product a natural look.
