The 5-ounce votive oil candle is the tallest of the 3 refillable votives. Our candles are convenient, green, economical, well made, clean, and direct replacements for disposable fuel cells. The votive oil candles are frequently used inside of a candle holder.
Many folks use them as emergency candles because they are refillable. A 32-ounce bottle of Firefly lamp oil will last well over 100 hours! Actually, you will get about 6 hours of burn time per ounce depending on the height of the adjustable wick; therefore, a 32-ounces bottle will provide approximately 192 hours of burn time. Results may vary.
IMPORTANT TIP: If you are storing the fuel outside, we recommend you purchase Firefly CLEAN Lamp Oil as it will not solidify or freeze like paraffin lamp oil.
They are made from a sturdy glass that is permanent, are simple to refill, and will save you money. On top of all that, they are eco-friendly as well.

We suggest using unscented Firefly CLEAN Lamp Oil, Paraffin Lamp Oil or Safe & Green for the best performance. NEVER use any type of vegetable oil. Always use in a ventilated area and make sure the flame is not close to any solid material.

- Important Note: Please review all of the photos. The small funnel that is included with the candle measures 1-1/2” wide and 1-5/8” tall. It has a tab to grasp. To fill, simply hold the tab, insert the funnel into the opening slightly elevated from the neck. (Do Not let it rest on the neck or the fuel will overflow.)
