100% PURE COPAIBA OLEORESIN ESSENTIAL OIL
Originating from El Salvador and Brazil, Plant Therapy’s Copaiba Oleoresin Essential Oil is tree tapped from the balsam of the Copaiba tree (Copaifera officinalis), to produce an essential oil that has absolutely no additives or fillers. This incredibly smooth, gentle oil is an oleoresin, which does less damage to the trees and contains more therapeutic compounds than the distilled oil.
GENTLE AND SOFT OLEORESIN
Unlike most other oleoresins, Copaiba Oleoresin is oil soluble. It has a sweet, smooth scent that is earthy with a slight balsamic note. It can be used for easing achy joints and sore muscles associated with normal aging or wear and tear. The warming capabilities of Copaiba Oleoresin makes it a wonderful addition to support respiratory health and relieving occasional digestive upset.
EASY TO USE
To soothe sore areas of the body, add 2 drops of Frankincense Serrata and 2 drops Copaiba Oleoresin to 1 tsp of your favorite Plant Therapy carrier oil, then massage onto your aching joints and/or muscles. If you need relief from digestive upset, add 3 drops Copaiba Oleoresin to 1 tsp of your favorite carrier oil and massage in a clockwise direction on your abdomen. To make a soothing chest rub, use 1 drop each of Copaiba Oleoresin, Black Pepper, and Coriander added to 1-2 tsp of your favorite Plant Therapy carrier oil or lotion.
