This is a black subdued American flag reflective decal/sticker. Please note that the black is not reflective. The flag is printed with non-reflective black on reflective vinyl. The color black does not reflect, but the stars and white bars of the decal/sticker will reflect a silver or white color when light is shined on it in the dark. The decal/sticker measures 6" wide and 4" tall. It is printed as shown on a high quality engineer grade reflective vinyl and is designed for use on an outside window and other applications. Under normal conditions, it should last 5 to 7 years.
