This foldable collapsible frisbee/fan had multiple use. You can fold it up and store in your pocket. The frisbee expand 8 inch in diameter and come with a pouch. Both the frisbee disc and the pouch come with a printed Chinese Zodiac in the middle. The is made with Polyester/Nylon material with an inside steel wire loop. When the weather gets hot, you can use it as a fan to cool you down.
