Placed under the head and neck like a traditional pillow, this cervical pillow is designed to help preserve the natural curve of the cervical and thoracic spine regions in the back and stomach (prone) sleeping positions. In side sleeping positions, this contour pillow is designed to help keep the neck parallel to the sleep surface and in-line with lower spinal area.

Different side contoured heights accommodate different body types and sleep positions. Constructed of medical grade memory foam for a nice balance of support and comfort.

Please examine the dimensions carefully before order to ensure the product meets your size expectations. This contour pillow is designed to have medium height and medium degree of firmness. If you are looking for firm support in a tall pillow you should probably consider a different product.
