Low & Be Bold is a bright near cobalt, ultramarine and flow blue, with slightly more of a redish undertone. This color is what I like to call a near cream. It covers in 2-3 coats, but still has slightly squishy look to it. This blue has been the hardest one for me to photograph and describe!
