A History of the Christian Church is a two-part series on the history of the Christian Church. It is written with two great assumptions, first, regarding understanding how the storyline of Scripture works. The history of the church continues to play that story out. Second concerns how both the Scriptures and history itself need to be seen from the lens of cosmic conflict, a war between God and the forces of light and Satan and the forces of darkness. Ultimately God will triumph through the one who is both the Lion and the Lamb of Revelation. This is Book 1: A History of the Christian Church: AD 70-1730.
