- Making Tea or Water
1. First Decoction : Boil 1 liter water + 30g Red Ginsneg Roots.
2. Once the water is boiled, wait 20minutes on low light.
3. Second Decoction : Boil 1 liter water + 30g Red Ginsneg Roots in the same way no.2.
