It's really simple... This is a hostage situation. The bad guy is in red and you need a fast and clean kill shot. Don't hit the hostage in blue, if you hit them it makes a bad situation deadly. These are fun but serious targets for training like a officer, soldier and for your family. If you are going to practice, it should mean something.
