This item is sold individually, not in pairs! Tiny Starfish BioFlex Labret Stud. This bioflex flexible labret stud can be cut down with scissors to 1/4 inch (6mm) which is the minimum length. Do not cut shorter than 1/4 inch. The top may not stay in if you do. The silver color brass starfish design is about 1/4 inch (6mm) diameter and pushes in to labret stud. Length Guide: 1/4 inch (6mm) - suitable for thinner tragus, thinner lips, thinner cartilage. 5/16 inch (8mm)- tragus, cartilage, most common size for lip. 3/8 inch (10mm)- slightly thicker lips, cartilage or tragus. 7/16 inch (11mm)-longer for thicker lips, ear lobes 1/2 inch (12mm)- long for thicker lips, ear lobes.
