The MegaBOOM STS Small Bottle Adaptor that allows you to use common thin-walled 500 mL bottles with the MegaBOOM STS. [The MegaBOOM STS works separately from the MegaBOOM Universal and is intended to be used utilizing a bicycle floor tire pump, the MegaBOOM Air Pump (160 psi rated), compressor, or dive tank to pressurize the 1 or 2 liter recyclable soda or water bottle of your choice to a minimum of 105 psi.] The Steel Target System is a pressurizing device that allows you to pump air into ordinary, everyday, plastic soda or water bottles. The “BOOM" that is produced when using the MegaBOOM STS is caused by a supersonic rip in the plastic bottle when released by the impact of a projectile (arrow, bold, bullet, or pellet). We caution you that the audio output may exceed 150 decibels and it is advised to wear hearing and eye protection during both pressurization and shooting; please stay at least 15 feet clear from the target when shooting. Our BOOM can typically be heard up to 3/4 of a mile away. This adapter will enable you to use not just 1 or 2 liter bottles, but the common 500 mL bottles as well.
